Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to ytcrawl.com and purchases of YouTube channel datasets from ytcrawl (“we”, “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

The service

We offer downloadable datasets of publicly available YouTube channel data, optional refresh plans, and quote-based volume or full-dataset access. Realtime APIs may be offered separately; some APIs are listed as coming soon and are not a guaranteed product until we say they are live.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a contract. If you buy on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

Orders and pricing

• Listed prices apply to the stated record counts. Totals for monthly, quarterly, and biannual refresh plans are calculated for a 12-month period as shown on the pricing page.
• Orders above 10 million records, or the full dataset, require a custom quote. Posted calculator prices do not apply to those orders until we confirm them in writing.
• We may refuse, cancel, or refund an order if we cannot fulfill it or if we suspect abuse.

License

When your purchase is complete, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the dataset for your internal business, research, analytics, and application development. You may not:

• Resell, republish, or redistribute the raw dataset as a competing data product
• Use the data to violate YouTube’s terms, applicable law, or others’ rights
• Present the data as official YouTube data or as endorsed by YouTube

We do not sell YouTube accounts, private emails harvested from non-public sources, or access to private videos.

Accuracy and “as is”

Datasets are compiled from public sources and refreshed on a schedule (typically monthly). Channels change, disappear, or may be incomplete. The data is provided as is without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted accuracy. Preview samples before you buy.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Site or datasets for spam, fraud, harassment, illegal profiling, or to circumvent platform security. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these Terms are broken.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ytcrawl is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from use of the Site or datasets. Our total liability for a paid order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is described in ourPrivacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top will change when we do. Material changes apply going forward. If you do not agree, stop using the Site.
